Dual Slider Component

This was something that started as a feature request, and ended up being a component I thought I'd share with the rest of you.

Adds a "scrollbar" below the span between a dual-thumb slider which is draggable. When the drag action takes place, both
I've liked the idea of Dual Slider from the very beginning when saw your post in flexcomponents mailing list.
And the component behavior is almost perfect now! The only one idea I've got looking at it now is more compact layout: maybe it makes sense to put scrollbar thumb a bit upper to use less space on screen.
